Recently, our Fort Smith office participated in the 4th Annual Senior Care Alliance Healthcare Conference.
This conference was held September 28th and 29th at the Fort Smith Convention Center. As you can tell from the pictures, the ladies had a great time being a part of this awesome conference!

Our offices will be closed New Years Eve and New Years Day, December 31st and January 1st. We will reopen at our normal time, 8:30 AM, on Monday, January 4!  As 2015 comes to a close, we would like to say a very special thank you to all those that we have had the privilege of serving as well as all the caregivers on the registry!  We feel honored that you would choose Superior Senior Care for your in home care needs. With the Christmas season upon us, Superior Senior Care in Texarkana is getting in the holiday spirit! Pictured above is manager Karen Gillette with the Christmas tree that the office decorated at Cowhorn Creek Assisted Living in Texarkana!  Karin and her team did a wonderful job decorating the tree!  Way to go SSC Texarkana!

Our SSC Conway office was honored  to be able to participate in the 10th annual Alzheimer’s Walk last Saturday, October 17!  The event was held at the Buzz Bolding Arena in Conway to help raise awareness for Alzheimer’s.  Great job getting involved for an awesome cause, Conway office!

The Superior Senior Care office in Hot Springs participated in the Arkansas Alzheimer’s Association Walk in downtown Hot Springs on Saturday.  Pictured below is the Hot Springs manager MJ Sherer and Office Coordinator Shaunna Patton with KATV’s Ned Perme.  Great job Hot Springs office for walking for a great cause!

The Superior Senior Care office in Helena was honored to participate in the Alzheimer’s Association’s Hope for the Future event!  The event was held at UAMS in Helena on September 24.  Pictured below is manager Adrienne Gray (left) and the lucky winner of the door prize! We at Superior Senior Care would like to take a moment to remember those that lost their lives and the many people who lost loved ones on September 11, 2001.  We would also like to thank all the past and current soldiers who have fought and still fight for our freedom.  May we never forget 9/11/01!

We mourn their loss this day this year
Those now with God, no danger near

So many loved ones left do stand
Confronting loss throughout our land

My heart goes out to those who do
No one can fathom what they view

I firmly pray for peace of mind
Dear God please help each one to find

And to our soldiers now at war
God guide above, at sea, on shore

They are the best, I have no doubt
Our country’s pride, complete, devout

The finest force you’ll ever see
All freedom grown through liberty

One final thought comes clear to me

The Superior Senior Care office in Hot Springs will be hosting the 2nd annual Caregiver Appreciation Event in November.  With the help of many other local businesses, the event last year was a huge success with a delicious dinner, music by the John Calvin Brewer Band, and over 50 give-a-ways.  This year’s event is sure to be even better!  The efforts of caregivers many times go unnoticed.  There is no way we could ever say thank you enough!  As Jim Rohn said, “One person caring for another represents life’s greatest value.”  Details will soon be released; make sure to keep checking superiorseniorcare.com for the most up-to-date information!
